Welcome June, the official kick off to summer. Typically, the store launches the annual progressive summer sale in June, but this year we are going to shake it up.  I mean why not?  So, this year throughout the summer we are going to host “Good Fortune Fridays”.  We have lots of fortune cookies that we did not get to use this past March, so we are going to celebrate every Friday throughout the summer, “Good Fortune Fridays”.     Our store hours are Thursday through Saturday from 10 – 3 for curbside pickup or by appointment.  We are currently limiting 3 customers at a time shopping in the store.  You can make appointments by emailing us through the website or by calling the store.  This has worked out very well so far and we have even had a few walk-up appointments where customers are in the area and decided to peak in and see if they can shop, and they could!   It was great seeing you shopping in the store.   

More good news – for those of you who have been waiting on the last table runner of the month kit, it has arrived!  Springtime Bunnies.  We unfortunately missed Springtime but this one is so stinking cute, that the long wait was worth it and you will have plenty of time to get ready for next year.  We still have a couple complete sets of the 12 monthly table runners. 

And, I have received notice that “Brightly Blooming” panels have shipped – Woo-hoo!  I am expecting them to arrive this Wednesday and we will be sending these out straight away.    These panels are 56” x 77” so they make a considerable throw size quilt on there own or the collection has several beautiful coordinating fabrics to add for a larger quilt.  We have the panels and coordinating fabrics on-line and in the store. 

Another new collection that has arrived “Cultivate Kindness” by Moda Fabrics.   Love it – and have a small table topper in the works to show off the collection.  We have the fabrics posted on-line and at the store. 

 There has been a small delay in completing our quilt for the SCQR.  The event is fast approaching next month.  July 16^th – 19th and July 23^rd – 26^th “Sew Party on the Run”.  We are having a GARDEN PARTY and have chosen the Sunflower as our GARDEN PARTY block.    As soon as our quilt is ready, we will announce and post pictures… but in the meantime check out our 12” sunflower block.  You will receive directions for a block at each store you visit.   We hope you like it and we cannot wait to see you all at our GARDEN PARTY.
