Happy January Everyone!
We hope you all had a wonderful holiday as we did and are looking forward to this upcoming year. We had anticipated we would be operating on full capacity by now, but that stinking Covid kid just keeps hanging around and messing with our business. So, until we can all get past this pandemic, the store will be operating and open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday’s each week from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. We have a couple of new additions to the store, Kasada, by Moda Fabrics which is a bohemian influenced collection using vivid colors and designs. Fabrics are at the store or can be viewed on our website. There is a wonderful kit coming with an expected delivery at the end of the month using this collection it is called floor tiles. We have a limited amount and have begun taking orders on line. Check it out and if you would like us to hold one for you , just let us know. Also, added is a new blender from Riley Blake Fabrics called Shabby. Available in a multitude of colors with shades ranging from tea rose, jade, sea glass, and nutmeg to brick and denim. Fabrics are at the store, click on the tab below to see all 32 colors. Just around the corner is The Spring Fling Shop Hop coming this March 4th, 5th and 6th, 2021. We are having a Bodacious Beach Party. Brochures are available at all participating store or check out the official website https://springflingquiltrun.com/ . The event’s featured fabric is Kisses by Riley Blake Designs. A great little blender in a multitude of colors. Receive a free fat quarter at each store while supplies last. And do not forget to bring in your non-perishable food item for local food bank donations. With the current events many people are hungry, and your food donations are more important than ever. Canned tomatoes are great, but this year let us up the challenge to donating a complete food item not just an ingredient. Some examples; mac n cheese, tuna, spam, fruit, cereal, chili, chunky soup, etc. The Quilter’s Faire store is an official drop off location for pillowcases for Ryan’s Cases for Smiles. All pillowcases go to hospitals in the Inland Empire and the need is great. Why not use some of this Covid time to sew up a bright and colorful pillowcase or cases to bring a smile to a sick child. Check out the official website for more information. https://caseforsmiles.org/
