Hello and Happy Spring Everyone!
It sure is nice to have longer days again, I am powered by sunlight. We are working on lots of new store samples and anxiously waiting for all our spring collections to arrive. Last week we received Terra by Windham Fabrics. Terra is bohemian, graphic, and earthy. Geometric designs mimicking desert rock art on ivory, brown and black backgrounds. Click on the link below to view these delicious fabrics.
This week the on-Line Bolt Special is from the Cutting Garden Collection which we thought was appropriate to welcome spring. “Fill my Bag” promotion is for on-line orders only. If you’re not familiar with the weekly on-line promotion this is how it works:
Each week we will have a special On-Line Bolt Special. The bolt will be announced through a quick email blast or included in our monthly newsletter. You can purchase 1-yard cuts or more. During checkout mark in store pick up (so shipping costs will be paused) and make sure you give us your email address and phone number so we can contact you when your bag is full. Pay as you shop. Shop a little this week, a little next week…whenever the On-Line Bolt Special speaks to you. Product will ship when your bag is full – with only one shipping charge. We can fit up to 12 single yard cuts into a priority envelope and up to 20 single yard cuts into a flat rate large shipment box, shipping domestic and to Canada. Larger yardage cuts may affect how much fabric will fit into the envelope or box, but rest assured we will stuff those containers using every inch we can.
We have a theme and dates for the Southern California Quilt Run 2021. July 15 – July 18th and July 22 – July 25th. Sew What’s in Your Garden is the theme. Each store will represent a different type of garden and have a different Bella solids color used in their block. We were lucky to get the Tropical Garden and Fuschia as our color. The sample is underway and looking vivacious with color. So, mark your calendars you won't want to miss this event.
Keep those pillowcases coming in. The Quilter’s Faire store is an official drop off location for pillowcases for Ryan’s Cases for Smiles. All pillowcases go to hospitals in the Inland Empire and the need is great. If you in between projects or just wanting to sew a quick item – sew a happy pillowcase for a sick child. Check out the official website for more information.
