Ho Ho Ho! Get ready to celebrate in style because Christmas in June has arrived! Since the festive excitement of Christmas in July is preempted by the grand Southern California Shop Hop, we thought, "Why not sprinkle some holiday joy a little earlier in June?"

Just a friendly note to keep in mind—our current summer hours are Thursday through Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM. This schedule is designed with your comfort in mind, allowing all of us to enjoy the day before the famous blazing desert afternoon heat arrives. 

Next up and really just around the corner is the Southern California Quilt Run this July. 

 The theme is Summer Fun, and each store will have a unique 10 ½” block.  We have the Beach Ball Block, and we are going to have a Pool Party theme during the event.  More details to follow be sure to mark your calendar and save the dates, July 10^th – 13^th and July 17^th – 20^th. 

Our lifeguards will be ready to help you dive into fabric selection, ensuring you float smoothly through choosing materials for your next project.

In August, we’ll be taking a little summer siesta! It’s no secret that the desert heat can turn up the sizzle, and most of our wonderful customers are off enjoying their own vacations. Over the years, we’ve found it’s much wiser to hit the pause button than to stay open and watch things slow to a crawl. See you in September on the flip side of summer fun!

Get ready for a festive adventure! The Reindeer Dash Holiday Hop event is scheduled.  Mark the dates: Thursday through Saturday, October 9th, 10th, and 11th, 2025. Don’t miss out on this jolly celebration!

After 18 magical years, we’re giving this cherished event an enchanting new twist! You may have noticed the slight sparkle in its name—the addition of "Holiday Hop" promises even more festive fun. This year, we’ll be diving into the holiday spirit with the theme “Do You Want to Build a Snowman?” Prepare for frosty wonders and merry surprises! Who knows? Next year, we might whisk you away to celebrate Thanksgiving, ring in the New Year, or explore another dazzling winter holiday adventure!

Enjoy sewing quilts and crafts that honor the beauty and majesty of our world.  A soft book panel, a felt panel is a must-have to sew, play and teach children the beauty of the world around us all.  We brought in the entire 22-piece collection in three distinctive and cohesive color ways, cloud, ocean and grass with accent pieces of sky, clay, sprout and sunshine.

Jeepers Creepers by QT Fabrics.  This Halloween collection is a little creepy with a somewhat quirky slightly steampunk…ish flavor.  Pumpkins, bats, ravens, owls, black cats, ghosts and even a few skeletons.  Black, cream and sepia toned backgrounds.

A couple new enamel charms, needlework shop and embroidery scissors.  Restocked in Best Press, non-scent, tea rose garden and lemon mist. 

The Pretty Kitty 40 x 40 quilt sample is hanging at the store and kits are now available.  An extremely quick and easy quilt with mostly piecing and just little applique.
